The Fair Selection and Interview Skills Refresher course is aimed at staff who either:
- have done the one day course more than 3 years ago
- have passed the online test more than 3 years ago
- have failed the online tested

Objectives

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Update staff about legislative development and case law
  • Update staff about what is happening in the College in terms of recruitment
