HR012 - MyHR for managers

MyHR is a self-service tool in which College staff can maintain their personal details, view their payslips and P60's, and request annual leave; managers can also view staff details and manage leave for their team.

This course is suitable for all employees and their managers*. It will give participants the expertise to fully utilise the features of the MyHR system.

Objectives

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Understand how to respond to leave requests
  • Understand how to manage sickness for staff
  • Understand how to view contractual details for your staff
  • Understand how to create delegations
  • Understand how to use the simple Manager Reports tool
