RD210 - Influencing & Negotiation skills

Audience: All researchers (including staff and PhD students)

This is a fun and interactive workshop that is suitable for any researcher who wants to enhance their negotiation and influencing skills in the academic research environment. We will use play to help you understand some negotiation theories and develop effective interpersonal and communication skills to support your negotiation techniques. By the end of the session you should be able to negotiate comfortably in a one-to-one negotiation.
