Audience: postdoctoral and early-career researchers*

This workshop series is for future academic research leaders.

This workshop will examine a number of facets around the notion of getting the best out of yourself and the people around you. These will include: exploring and aligning vision and values, how to build a successful team, how to motivate ourselves and others, and how to support the development of the people in your teams.

Both RS016 & RS017 sessions have been designed as a complimentary suite, but can also be attended as stand-alone entities. In the event of the courses filling up preferential booking may be offered to those who sign up for both events.
