PD172 (Waiting List) - Unconscious Bias Training

These sessions are intended for staff only. Please note that booking this session will add you to a waiting list as all places are currently registered. In the event of any cancellations waiting list candidates will be offered a space - this can be very close to the course taking place.

It is now acknowledged that in addition to eradicating discrimination and bias within an organisation, it is important to consider the role of unconscious bias on individual behaviours and the impact this has on our ability to create an open, fair and inclusive workplace culture for all. (Women in Science and Engineering -WISE)

This workshop explores the role unconscious bias plays in limiting our best efforts to create an inclusive organisation and provides staff with strategies to minimise the impact of these biases in the workplace.
