PD140 - Introduction to Project Management

Suitable for any member of staff who is responsible for running a project (of any size). This introductory course focuses on developing a systematic approach to project planning, the first and most important stage of any project. It examines some of the commonly used approaches to managing projects successfully, with appropriate levels of structure and control.

This course is suitable for: Professional Services, Support & Academic staff. Content is prepared for a staff audience. Courses coded with 'PDXXX' are not generally recommended for PhD students: please consider courses such as RD014 and RD107 instead.
