DC903 - You are not a fraud: defeating Imposter Syndrome.

Imposter syndrome is the belief that one is not intelligent or capable enough to be in their current position, at work or whilst studying. Individuals suffering from this may believe that they are a fraud, surrounded by people far superior to them. Usually this will also cause a stress of ‘being found out’ and fired or told they are not able to continue with their studies.

Around 70% of all people will experience this at some point in their lives, which can increase to 80% in certain subject areas.

Come to this event if you're interested in finding out more about what imposter syndrome is and how we can all help to deal with and reduce it.
