PD254 (Online workshop) - Staff Wellbeing: Managing Stress

Investing in your wellbeing has proven to help reduce stress and create a more positive work-life balance. We are offering a series of interactive workshops to explore the links between work, health and mental wellbeing and your role in promoting wellbeing for yourself and others. Join us to connect with like-minded people, share best practice and open up the discussion around wellbeing.

By the end of this session, delegates will be able to:

- Understand how certain behaviours can lessen the effects of stress
- Explain the common causes of workplace stress
- Identify actions you can take to reduce workplace stress for yourself and others

This is an interactive online workshop and there will be a short break at half time.

Delegates will receive an Outlook calendar invitation with joining instructions in the day/s prior to the workshop.

The invitation will include a short survey, which we ask you to complete before joining us. The survey will take approx 20 mins of your time.

Please note: this is a staff-only course. We will have to cancel bookings by PhD Students and may verify your staff role. [PhD students: you can see which courses are available to you by filtering your search on the booking system by type ‘Research Student’]
