This course, led by Prof. Matthew Hilton, is aimed at Humanities & Social Sciences academic staff applying for promotion in the 2020 promotions round or considering applying for promotion in the future and wanting to understand the criteria and processes.

Aims:
- To help you understand when you should start thinking about applying for Promotion
- To provide a better understanding of the academic promotion process and criteria

- Faculty perspective: brief introduction on the academic promotion and the specificities to Faculty subject
- Tips and advice
- Question & Answers to Panel (includes Faculty leads and HR)
