This course, led by Prof. Steve Thornton, is aimed at Medicine and Dentistry academic staff applying for promotion in the 2020 promotions round or considering applying for promotion in the future and wanting to understand the criteria and processes.

Aims:
- To help you understand when you should start thinking about applying for Promotion
- To provide a better understanding of the academic promotion process and criteria

- Tips and advice
- Question & Answers to Panel (includes Faculty leads and HR)
