PD169 (Fully booked: waiting list) - Staff Recruitment and Interview Selection

Please note that this course will move rooms after lunch (AM in Garrod 2.35, PM in Garrod 2.36). Eligible bookers - more on this in the description below - are kindly requested to be able to attend the full course duration.

The workshop focuses on building practical skills to recruit fairly and effectively, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates as well as making robust recruitment decisions.

This course is only suitable for members of Academic and Professional Services staff at QM. Sorry, we cannot offer places to Research or Masters students and must prioritise members of staff who require the course to meet recruitment processes.

If you have already taken this full day course at QM within the last 3 years, the refresher course you may need is PD181.
