PD223 - Disciplinary and Grievance Investigation Training for Managers

This will cover the key components of a disciplinary or grievance investigation and takes managers through the practicalities of writing the report at the end of an investigation process, ensuring that the investigation and the written report contain the necessary elements to underpin a fair and impartial decision-making process.

The session will enable managers to understand how the investigation fits into the disciplinary and grievance framework and cover the essentials of the role of investigating manager, planning and managing the investigation, ensuring fairness and impartiality, the structure and format of the investigation report, and next steps once they have submitted the investigation report.
