PD156 - Building Personal Resilience

This course is now due to take place as a webinar using Teams online. If your booking is successful please look out for a calendar invitation with instructions on joining. NB: this is a staff-only course, we will be cancelling bookings by PHD students.

Only staff training courses identified as compliance will remain on the timetable, subject to recommendations for making changes to face-to-face teaching practices.

This workshop will give you an insight into the dimensions of personal resilience – in other words, all of the things that can help us become a more resilient person. There will be the opportunity to assess your current levels of resilience, and guidance on how you might improve your resilience where you need to.

This course is only suitable for members of Academic and Professional Services staff at QM. Sorry, we cannot offer places to Research or Masters students.
