PD185 (Fully booked / Online workshop) - Making the most of your appraisal

[O&PD team are now transitioning to run some of our core workshops online, in webinar format, which will involve presentation style delivery with an opportunity to interact with the group and submit your questions. We will aim to send you a calendar invitation in the day/s before the session with a meeting link you to join the virtual session at the indicated start-time.]

This training, which consists of a pre-course e-learning module and a short webinar, is designed to help you, the appraisee, get the most out of your appraisal conversation with your line manager.

The session involves pre-course work in the form of the e-learning Appraisal training module https://qmplus.qmul.ac.uk/course/view.php?id=11019. This module will allow you to prepare you for the one hour webinar which will address questions and any other specific concerns and allow you to interact with the group.

The module and webinar cover how to plan and prepare for the meeting, as well as the roles that both you and your line manager play in making sure you have a quality conversation.

Apologies, we will not accept bookings from PHD students or students at any level and may verify your staff role to confirm your booking.
