Course Detail

PD156 (Online Webinar) - Building Personal Resilience

This course is due to take place as a webinar using Teams online. Training on use of Teams for virtual working is also available through the Course Booking System.

If your booking is successful please look out for a calendar invitation with instructions on joining. Course booking options will be closed 1 working day before the course will take place, and your meeting link will be sent. Please accept it 24 hours before the start of the webinar as this will make admin easier (links cannot be forwarded to others as we will only accept those who have registered on this system).

NB: this is a staff-only course, we will be cancelling bookings by PHD students.

This workshop will give you an insight into the dimensions of personal resilience – in other words, all of the things that can help us become a more resilient person. There will be the opportunity to assess your current levels of resilience, and guidance on how you might improve your resilience where you need to.

This course is offered to members of staff at QMUL and staff bookings will be prioritized if possible. Content will be most suitable for contracted staff. Courses coded with 'PDXXX' are not generally recommended for PhD students: please consider courses such as RD001, RD011 and RD205 instead.

The webinar will be co-delivered by Laura Dabner and Naomi Potter.
