How can we work remotely and still look after ourselves and others? How can we give ourselves the best physical set up? How can we manage screen fatigue?

Join us for the Wellbeing Webinar Series: Week 6, where we share practical hints and tips around the topic of remote working in these strange times. During this webinar we will discuss – how we can practice self-care whilst working under pressure and how can we motivate ourselves at work, whilst still being at home.

Session aims:
- Practical advice on desk set up
- Apply techniques to combat screen fatigue
- Learn some quick wins for productivity
