ELUCV06 - An Introduction to Forums

This one hour session will introduce you to the discussion forum tool in QMplus. We will look at how to set up different forums and explore how they can enhance online delivery, especially for asynchronous learning.

In this one hour session we will cover: How to set up QMplus discussion forum; what makes for an engaging online discussion and explore best practice for your own discussion forums for online delivery.

The E-Learning Unit are running online training sessions for staff to need help to get help with teaching remotely. These sessions are designed to show you the most commonly used functions of the tools, explore how you can use them with students, give you some hands-on practice and have your questions answered, supported by guidance documentation.
