What is mediation and how does it work? Can mediation really help mend workplace relationships? Find out more and join our in-house mediators for this live 45-minute webinar on demystifying mediation and explore further how mediation might help you and your colleagues.

Mediation is a dynamic, interactive and informal process that encourages improved communication between both sides of the dispute. It enables people to engage in effective negotiations and to seek to understand, and wherever possible, resolve the differences and find solutions.
